Rates
Talk therapy
This is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. Most major insurances are accepted.
60 mins | $150 | Get started
Psychiatric session
This time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication and alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy. Most major insurances are accepted.
45 mins | $200| Get started
Coaching session
This session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals. This is normally not covered by insurance but we can work together to create a reduced cost if you are working on a long-term project and are willing to do some of the work
50 mins | $200 | Get started
Referrals/Disability Assessment and Application
Referrals are intended for the client who is not sure where to start.
Disability Assessment and Application is a flat fee; not including the necessary follow up appointments to either extend disability and then to clear client to return to work.
60 mins | $100-$300 | Get started
